we did not meet fred hush in a trendy nightclub, he is not a recluse genius who sent us demos with spooky letters with the hand writing of a serial killer. no. we met him in a club on the french/belgian border where partying comes first, music second, good or bad. when he played that “definition track”, ivan freaked out simply because it reminded him what house music (dare we say “old school
house music”) was all about: simplicity.
since then we’ve been very busy. and fred too... ivan thinks he is one of the most talented european producers around (watch for the monsters coming out on übercool label “rush hour”), and we are suitably happy to release his first track, his “definition track”.
on the remix side, we are also very happy to have the first solo effort of jennifer cardini. and an effort it is not. the remix has got the natural flow of the people who know.
our family is ever growing...
